I needed a new mechanic that was more convenient to my new job, which was scary after using the same mechanic for 10+ years. Gene at Unfranchised got me right in for an inspection and some major repairs that needed to be done. The quote was about $1000 less than I expected. They found other things that needed to be done in the process of the repairs, and "shopped around" to find the cheapest place for the part. They did not take advantage of the fact that I am absolutely clueless when it comes to car issues. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an honest place to take their vehicle.
Just had my starter changed out here. Walked in at 3:15, out the door at 5:20. That included getting my truck towed there by someone they recommended. Gene at the desk and the tech who did the work(I didn’t get his name) were excellent. Thank you.
